It gives me great pleasure to state that Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science (CCIFS) is a wing of Tabish Sarosh & Associates (TSA) established with the objective of strengthening the Justice system in India by advancing expert knowledge in the area of Forensic Sciences, Law and Justice. It is a matter of pride that since its inception in 2009 the Centre for Criminal Investigation & Forensic Science has achieved great heights and has become an important source of practical exposure to the stakeholders in the field of forensics and law.

Arpita Sharma is a distinguished forensic science professional with extensive experience and expertise. She currently serves as a Guest Lecturer at Lloyd Institute of Forensic Science and Trinetra Forensic Science and Services, teaching courses in Questioned Documents, Forensic Anthropology, Forensic Chemistry, and Research Paper Writing. Arpita is also the Founder and Content Creator of www.forensicsdigest.com and www.competitiondigest.com, showcasing her proficiency in SEO and WordPress. Her previous roles include Assistant Professorships at Galgotias University and the Institute of Forensic Science, Mumbai. Her impactful research contributions include work as a Research Fellow at the National Dope Testing Laboratory, where she detected glucocorticosteroids in Indian Herbal Drugs, promoting clean sports. Arpita’s role as a Scientific Officer at Truth Labs, Hyderabad, involved handling cases in document forgery and fraudulent activities. Her academic journey includes a Ph.D., an M.Sc. in Forensic Science from the National Institute of Criminology and Forensic Science, and a Bachelor’s degree from Hansraj College, University of Delhi. Arpita possesses diverse technical skills and is committed to continuous professional development through workshops, certifications, and conferences in forensic science and related disciplines

Emerging Talents

Qualified Forensic Psychologist Ms. Tania Saha contributes a vast array of expertise and experience to the relationship of psychology and the judicial system. She received her graduation degree from The Neotia University, West Bengal in Applied Psychology. She subsequently graduated with a master’s degree in Forensic Psychology from National Forensic Science University, Gandhinagar, Gujarat. She has established herself as a reliable expert on the complex interrelationship between law and human behaviour. In during the period of her educational endeavours, she worked with Alipore Women’s Correctional Home, Kolkata, West Bengal, under the Social Welfare Officer in Charge, Questioned Document Division, and the Forensic Psychology Division at the Directorate of Forensic Science (DFS), Gandhinagar, Gujrat. Ms. Tania has an insightful interest in the field of graphology as well. She is dedicated to excellence and delivers the intriguing and demanding subject of forensic psychology a special combination of scholarly rigour, real-world experience, and moral integrity.
